How Control Your Thoughts

Evil People, Control Others

You can’t control people unless you are a psychopath with a low threshold of shame and remorse, or a fallen angel like the Devil who has access to unlimited funds to con people through Hollywood style sorcery.

Since you aren’t either of these, your control mechanism is limited to your person. You get to regulate YOU at any time, 24 hours a day.

You Thoughts Are Powerful

And that’s nothing to dimiss here. It’s very powerful, especially when you start realizing the scale in which you can exercise your right to think for yourself.

  • You feel devalued because of : the opinions of other people.
  • You feel unattractive because of: the opinions of other people.
  • You think you ARE pretty because of: the opinions of other people.
  • You think you are special because of: the opinions of other people.

Kind Words Are Always Snatched Back

And what people will do is twist their view points of you to serve the purpose at hand.
If you need to be controlled, your self worth will be challenged by taking away what was once a trusted opinion of your grandiosity.

If your trust is needed to acquire something, he will offer you an “opinion” about your looks or encourage you to be confident so that your perception of his intent goes unchallenged .

And when it serves him to do so, he or she can snatch that opinion away,, and drop you right back off at the place where you were questioning your value to begin with.

How do you feel about what people think of you?

And I bet you whisper that they are wrong about you, yet you continue to live like you believe them.

You Feel a Bit Foolish

You know that there’s something off about how much reassurance you need from others.

That attention you seek makes you feel a bit foolish, especially as you wash the makeup off your face and place your wig on the nightstand.

You Check Your Sanity By Looking at Other Women

You feel trapped.
Literally.
But you look around to other women to check your sanity, and since every other woman you see acts the same way, you that decide your suspicions about your sanity are just you over thinking things..

Trust yourself.
Ask yourself what you want or how you feel about your worth.
Fix what is broken, but don’t tinker with nature cause she will kick your arse for trying.

Natural Beauty Is Not In You!

Self Love Coach, Salkis Re

Everything you feel about yourself is wrong,

corrupt,

self serving,

addictive and dangerous.

This society will not give us the balance and the peace we are looking for.

And the road to wellness requires that you pull apart everything that you assume is normal in your lives.

We were taught how to love each other, how to have sex with each other and

most if not all of what we know about love and sex is wrong.

We have now a deep seeded feeling of guilt and inadequacy.

We want desperately to be like other people who are other than what we are.

And even within our own so-called black community we

have caste systems in place designed to differentiate women by features,

The worth of a black woman is measured from how her outer shell is formed.

The goodness of her heart is not treasured and appreciated.

His focus on your backside has roots in homosexuality and to be truthful, and

the appetites of men these days in many ways is suspect and not as “heterosexual” as we are made to think it is…

You are running around here trying to be like men because you are scared of being hurt and manipulated. And you mimic the toxicity of men which is double jeopardy in itself..

All of us are out of our minds in one way or another..
And its time to get back to basics and the love we want to feel will come…

Why should you listen to me?

Because I’m CRAZY, a nonconfirmist, AND an introvert who had to bind her insecurities and throw that bitch in the closet so I could pound the pavement and be found by good women like you!
