Triggered to Eat Junk Food
This is a very emotional thing for us because
EVERYTHING we do is triggered by our emotions.
I don’t know anyone who eats for nutrition purposes.
We have to dress the food, lay it out really nicely,
make it look attractive and appetizing in order to want to eat it.
Ad this food porn only further makes us emotionally
dependent on the soothing that we think we are getting for food.
If you are eating for nutrition then salt would not be apart of your dish.
I know I know, food tastes like shit without salt,
, or so our tastes buds have been trained to believe.
You may not being doing crack, but the food you are eating a daily
basis is just as much of am addictive drug as any line of cocaine.
Salt is a chemical, it is not a food.
Sugar is a chemical. It is not a food.
Cooking oil is a chemical, it is not a food
All manner of imbalances happen when you consume these chemicals, from colds to cancer.
If A baby Can’t Eat, Neither Should You!
The general rule here is if you can’t feed it to a baby or eat a bowl of it, or feed it to an elderly person,
THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE EATING IT!!
