Men Want Ugly Women?”

Artist/Life Coach
~Salkis Re

Ok so a lady commented to one of my you tube videos about women who are

unattractive to the men they’re with, and she said that some men like unattractive women….

If you want to watch my video on this, click here: https://tinyurl.com/yb8545qc

So anyway, my “educated guess” on this is that there are many awesome yet “unconventional”

beauties out here who hold high intellect, creative mastery, and earning capabilities that assist in

“leveling” any deficits they may have in physical beauty, but no man “prefers” an unattractive women.

She could be all his finances or self esteem can reach for.

She may be the only one patience and accepting enough to overlook his small penis, she may be

the one willing to take him in rent free, she may be understanding

and liberal about infidelity and allow him to maintain a double life..

But”prefer” a woman that his eyes see no sweetness in?
Uh, no!

                                                                      Artist/Life Coach ~Salkis Re

Now I’m speaking from experience here as I’ve been told outright

at times that I wasn’t his “type” but I peaked “curiosity” and so forth.

I have also been the “shelter”,

the”bank loan”,

and the “night time distraction” too until I became “aware” of what was really happening.

So you have a choice here. You could admit the value you bring to the table,

or dismiss the true characteristics that glue your relationship together.

Do you even need to know this?

How would you feel if the person you were in love with, thought that you modestly made in the face?

It’s one thing to like what you like, but to like what you yourself consider unattractive?

Uh… I’m sorry, men are not going to treat you fairly with that perspective on your looks…

Poem: “You’re Not a Real Angel”

“You’re Not a Real Angel”
Written by Salkis Re

“This World is Yours” Abstract Art by Salkis Re

When they call you an angel,
you choose not to receive it,
You think angels don’t look like yourself,
and you feel you ought to look as them to believe it.

Their wings are pretty and all uniformed and white,
while you sit here in bursts of all this color.
And somehow you view your rainbows
as an embarrassment to the others.

White wings are just more classy,
is what your mind makes you say.
And all your colors are just too festive
to show the earthlings how to seriously pray…

But when God made you my angel,
he was more adventurous and brave.
And he added his sharpened skill onto you
and made what he once couldn’t create.

So open up your wings, flap them like thunder
and give the wind something to do.
And show the world that angels come in all colors
and that the best of them do look like you…

This poem I wrote today is about ownership and respect for the difference that make you who you are.

We are always looking at the grass over there thinking that its better than the patch of grass we are standing on.

Decide that you will take ownership of what makes you YOU.

We do not have to be the same.

I do not have to look the same.

And peace won’t come to you if you were to suddenly become

somebody else because inner peace only comes from acceptance of self.

Reasons and Justifications For Bullshit!

Abstract Art by Salkis Re

~Salkis Re

“Reasons”
Written by Salkis Re

Yeah we create them.
These elaborate excuses for why we can’t do this or that.
And these “thoughts” become “beliefs” as you because you start to design your entire life around them.
Sometimes, most times, you will say it’s because:
your mother was fucked up,
or you don’t have enough education,
or you’re not pretty enough,
or that you are set in your ways,
or you don’t have enough time,
or you need more training,
or you can’t find anyone to help you,
or you don’t have enough money.

But all those are is reasons, not truths.

Why?
Because you find money for the outfit, and you find the friends to wear it with, and the time to hang out with them,
and you research where to you go, and you place your time,
effort and money into what your perception says with will bring you immediate joy.

REASONS are elaborate thoughts based on fear and laziness,

Artist/Life Coach ~Salkis Re
and as you repeat them, you create the energy of justification behind them.
So here is the deal. I want you to see your reasons for NOT doing a thing as inverted ambition.
Yes. Inverted ambition.
Why?

Because you created these reasons to STOP yourself from trying or doing or being.

These are carefully crafted thoughts that you have DECIDED is your truth, and this took work to do too.
Now, what you want to do is the opposite of this in terms
of crafting reasons why you SHOULD do a thing that you have always wanted to do.
Why should you many 6 figures a year?
Why SHOULD you have an awesome relationship?
What are the reasons you can find to live the life of your dreams

What is Real Self Esteem!

African American art
“Artist/Life Coach”
                         ~Salkis Re

Self Esteem has nothing to do with being perfect,

and Self Esteem has
nothing to do with avoiding mistakes either.

I work with women who are so afraid to make a mistake,

do concerned with “looking bad” that they thwart their own progress.

I have to talk them off the ledge of irreality so that they

can understand that perfectionism does not equate to high self esteem.

African Art of Eyes

So what is Self Esteem really about?

Self Esteem has to do with having Unconditional Acceptance and worth Regardless of mistakes that you’ve done

or the imperfections you have.

Mistakes are inevitable for ALL of us because none of us have the capacity to predict the future.

The best we can ever do is assess this moment and conclude whether to  move or stand still based on an “Educated Guess”.

The lesson is that imperfection is guaranteed

So I what’s the lesson here?

African American Art

The lesson is that imperfection is guaranteed because the future is hidden,

and your self worth will rise and fall and lack any sense of stability,

if you based you worth always doing the right thing

“Fuel Your Pain to Fuel Your Change?”

Motivational Quotes
Artist/ Life Coach
                                                                                          ~Salkis Re

It takes you being smack down to within a inch of your life,

cause as long as you can justify what you do or what’s been done to you,

all you’re gonna do is sit right there and fucking stew in your shit and piss!

You will be preoccupied developing, editing and executing your hard luck story

🤔You are not gonna change until your whole nervous system rewired itself

and there’s nothing like tragedy/heartbreak to make

you say never a fucking again to being less than the best that you be!

The truth??

Is that we confirm up until it’s no longer beneficial to do so.

We don’t change, not unless there’s tremendous pain involved with remaining the same,

and even then, the default button is ever ready to be pressed again…
So do not stress over the emotions of other people.

It’s not your job to convince/control the feelings and emotions of other people.

It’s not your job to convince/control the feelings and emotions of other people.

The sun is on your back and you cannot carry anyone…

Move on..So feel your pain, feel every nuk and cranny of the pain so it can shake your world

and turn the shit upside down so you can extract the essential FIRE to transform and fly like the Phoenix rising from the ashes..

Don’t Believe What They Say

African American Art
Artist, Salkis Re

If love was contingent upon the way we looked as women, then no attractive women would suffer a broken hearts.
How you look is not a marker for how successful you will be in love or life.

I have met MANY gorgeous women who have extremely flawed views of themselves.

You allow men ,who secretly want to get penetrated in the their asses, to determine your value, to tell you whether you how feminine you aren’t or if you’re attractive enough.

Decide What You Are

You must fill up your mind with what you’ve decided that you are. You have to literally flood your thoughts with the spell of your own words, with your own intention and with your own energy, and stop letting any penis rank and file your place in this world.

Gorgeous Women Who Doubt Themselves

I have yet to meet a woman who has taken a penis inside her that has also not suffered a broken heart.

There is so much other things to know, people who need your healing, your guidance, and your creativity that you have no need nor time to ponder why any mudda sucka doesn’t love you.

Your Beauty is Your Calling Card?

So listen, your beauty is your equity, and it can assist in desire, but it’s your countenance that determines if your beauty holds value.

Does being nice matter?
No.

Does being a good cook matter?
Not unless you want to be a chef!

Does being good in bed matter?
Not if he watches porn or has fantasies of supplementing your vagina with another woman’s slime.

So what matters more than anything?

Being challenged and fascinated by YOUR own life!

When you put yourself first, when you prioritize what is important for you, you will be infectious to be around.
When you approach life with curiosity instead of taking everything personally, what people think of you won’t stick.

The feeling that you are not good enough stems from you imagining that you are the focal point in the minds of people around you, and I’m here to tell you that you are not!
So here is the truth:

Nobody will care about you more than you care about yourself!

You aren’t the star of anyone’s life except your own

When We Were Kings

African American Art

I just want to say this. Advertising, media in general really, has been used as a weapon against the minds of the unassuming public.

There is nothing created in the media that doesn’t have an alternate purpose underneath what they are selling.

Do the beer commercials sell beer?

No!

They sell Friendship, and Leisure.

Do car companies sell cars?

No!

H&M Racist Advertisement

They sell status and the opportunity to bang beautiful women.

All media does it feed us messages about what are

supposed to feel and the things we are supposed to want.

Take it that seriously…

There is no bigger magician than the media.

“When We Were Kings” Art by Salkis Re

So here is my interpretation of  H&M’s “oversight”.

This is a poem I wrote explaining the piece.

“When We Were Kings”
Written by Salkis Re

My mother said that if we went there,
we would make a lot of money.
She said I shouldn’t be upset
cause we’ll get paid
if she allows them to call me a Monkey.
I wasn’t sure,
but what could I do?
Since mom insisted the shirt was just fine.
So I sucked in my pride
and did what they said
so that I could finish in time.
But I was a little down, and to cheer me up,
my mother took me for ice cream.
And when we got home,
she talked on the phone
about how she’s so proud of me.
But I was a little hurt
that I had to wear that shirt,
when the white boy was
the “Expert” on the scene.
I went and watched T.V.
to distract myself
from of all my unsettling gnaws.
And then I saw him, right there on T.V, ,
I was excited by how confident he was.
And everywhere he went
Ali had them compelled to chant
about how great of a man he actually was.
He talked to the kids
that looked just like me
and told them how they could be so much more.
And this was right on time
cause I need the hear
that I could be more than how they made me feel
and that black boys from everywhere should know
that we are sons that come from KINGS!

Sugared Vagina

        Artist/ Life Coach ~Salkis Re

Sweet Vagina!!

So I’m thinking about your vagina today, lllmao. And I want to help you keep it on point.

The best advice I can give on this matter is to ditch the SUGAR.

Sugar will dry your vagina walls out, and you will become yeast infections ready if you are a sugar addict.

Sugar will cause hormonal imbalances also. If you are going through night sweats and fatigue, get off the sugar!!

Why?
Because sugar dehydrates the body and a dehydrated vagina is an unhappy vagina. Sugar can also cause your vagina to smell like trash! Throws the whole pH out of wack.

And if you eat Sugar AND Meat, then that ammonia/fish/piss fumes at the end of your day, this is the result of that combination.
Just think hydration if you want to heal your body. We don’t want slack wulls now, so put that cookie in the garbage!

What is Dating a Man Really For?

African Art
Salkis Re, Artist/ Life Coach

I think some of you ladies may be confused as to the purpose of dating.
So what is it?

**Dating is the process of setting up new experiences** with a person you are physically attracted too.

Dating is an **opportunity to establish emotional memory**

with a person you do not know which will in turn invite the motivation for the “getting to know” process to begin.

Anything with enjoyment involved will not give you proper lens needed to SEE what you actually have in him.

Why?
Because you are in a state of joy, and enjoyment doesn’t require true intent,

honesty,

goal appraisals and so forth.

Now Getting to know a person is another matter.

Now spending time with a person is another matter.

That could include sharing a ride home from work.

I would surprise him by bringing lunch up to his job if I wanted to get to know him.

I would be interested to see how he handled unexpected things like that.

Would my presence be welcomed?

Would he feel embarrassed, violated maybe?

A bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon while you’ll discuss social issues with other friends and acquaintances  could also give you a feel of how in control he is emotionally,

how well he can articulate his thoughts or how thoughtful he is to other people.

Spending time together while he is doing an assignment for work would allow you to see certain characteristics of his personality that he may not have revealed to you just yet.

Any time you get to be a spectator instead of the focal point of an interaction is an opportunity

to get a glimpse of one’s character because he is not so preoccupied with entertaining  or making an impression on you!!

The only thing that can be achieved through dating is an emotional connection

**The only thing that can be achieved through dating is an emotional connection caused by excitement and pleasure.**
The _knowing_ ****part comes in when you start to see the dark side of people, that side that they don’t show when they are manufacturing joy for you…

Take it for what it is, or not..

But this message is EXACT!

[This is wisdom.](https://www.iloveherart.com/life-coach-here/)

“You Are Beautiful”
Written by Salkis Re

Simplify your beauty. A lot of men perpetuate their perpetrations. And many of them secretly want to open themselves to other men.

Suffer from Beauty Standards

You quietly suffer because you feel you don’t measure up to a standard, but you are dealing with desensitized eyes. I myself have been mistaken for a man before, and it hurt me deeply.

But I’ve come to realize that id been trying to do battle against what I could never be, and finally at this point in life, I have no desire to be.

Men You Secretly Want a Penis

Men who secretly want the pole telling you that you are not feminine enough, that you are not pretty enough, that you got to up your game. Really?
And then they will fall madly in love with you?
I think not.
It doesn’t matter really.
Stop fighting their demons, and use your strength to slay your own.

Raise up!

You are perfect as you are, no caveat needed.
When you relax into the glory of womanhood, your body will start to response to you.

Too many of us live in perpetual stress, worried consecutively about how we look.
Arrest those immoral thoughts and throw glitter on yourself.
You are the BEST! Declare it!

Are You Ashamed About Your Desires?

African American Artist
Artist, Salkis Re for iLoveHerArt.com

So today I had this moment of euphoria. I imagined that everything I wrote on my legal pad came to pass.

Ooh the sweetness that would bring to my life, and the disruption of other’s lives too.

Ever feel kinda hesistant about what you want cause you know that people would be hurt if you attained it?

That is the issue with goals sometimes, not everyone will experience the happily ever after with you.

But it’s important for all of us to understand that we are not obligated to curtain our desires to thwart off any inconvenience others may face as a result of our ambitions.

Part of this walk, to getting the things you need, is in understanding that things could get messy during the process.

I pray for smoothness in all my transitions and transitions, and sometimes I am able to actually smooth things out… Sometimes.

But can I tell you how many opportunities you will miss while waiting for the perfect time, waiting till someone else gets on their feet, or waiting till the kids get a little bigger, or… Well you get the picture.

The hesitation, that second of pause is what scrambles your vision board. It’s concern disguised as fear really. You are afraid to stop being what people have come to rely on, what they expect.

You are afraid that your desires will disappoint people. And.. well… they will.

So we must resolve to do it anyway. Because if anyone has to experience dissatisfaction and dissapointment, it shouldn’t be you. You shouldn’t be burdened by holding your wants and desires in your heart. The burden of dreams unfulfilled will only age you, for it’s a slow but steady decline when you wake up and go to sleep ashamed about not having what you want.

So I invite you to revisit your vision board, or your goal list and meditate on it. List as many reasons as you can for why you DESERVE to have these things.

A sense of accomplishment, intellectual pursuits, love, financial freedom are NOT extras. These are not passive WANTS that you can live without. You NEED these things just like you need food, water and air.

That’s how you must look at your vision, as a NECESSITY to keep you healthy and productive as you live.

African American Art
Art by Salkis Re

STEP ONE

So if you want a new car, list the reasons why you NEED it and why you DESERVE it, and write out from a scale of 1-5 how much you really want it. (Anything with a 1-3 rating should be ditched by the way.)

STEP TWO

Once you’ve eliminated anything that rates a 3 or lower, look at your list again. Read over your list of reasons why you need and deserve the things you’ve stated and observe how you feel when you say them out loud.

STEP THREE

Replace or reframe any words that revv up uneasiness in you. If you say you want to rich for example and it makes you feel like it’s foolish thinking, then say “finanically Independent” or “a full bank account”. Reword it so that it doesn’t make you feel sleasy but it does excite and inspire you.

STEP FOUR

Comb through your list and edit it into a masterpiece that causes puts you into an excited frenzy!   From here, list actions that will get you closer to each goal. You will also need to list what you are prepared to experience in order to actualize them.

Sometimes, it means that you will have to go through isolation, not seeing family and friends for a little while. Other times, it may mean that you can’t but a new pair of shoes that year because you are reinvesting your profits to expand.

The beauty of planning all this out before hand is that you take yourself through the experience of difficulty before it happens so that when and if it does happen, you are PREPARED and less likely to quit because of obstacles. It also erases the stigma that often creeps in when you attempt to be ambitious. That guilt I was speaking of earlier, will be silenced because your mind is preoccupied with the necessities of having your desires..

Most of all, your life, my darling, is your life. There is no right or wrong, there’s only RESULTS.

What results do you want?

Xoxo,

To Be Desired or to Be Loved?

African Art Eyes
“Black Girl” Art by Salkis Re

Do you want to be loved or desired?

That was a question I asked myself one day when I realized the distinction between the two.

Love, as I see it, is this relaxed thing.

It is comfort, reliable, easy going place you get to when you’ve been with someone for a while.

Sex is more like “Peeing”

Sex is more like “Peeing” as fucking becomes an act of “released/relief” of tension, frustration, boredom and stress.

Sometimes, if he wants you really badly, he’ll eat your pussy without you asking for it first, hell even eat it till you cum if he’s really horny.

That’s what “love” sex becomes, a sort miss and hit

That’s what “love” sex becomes, a sort miss and hit with more misses than hits.
Then there’s desire. Smiling…

The one in which emotions like anxiety,

excitement,

thirst,

yearning,

with Courting and unsteady emotions in play.

You feel a little pain when he has to leave,

your hips unhinge from their sockets to make more room for his dik, you want to swallow him, and he you..

That desire that interrupts your work as you start to tingle and secrete with just the thought of him inside you,

and he gets hard just watching you get dressed.

African Art
Art Process by Salkis Re

Men who “love” make promises they can’t keep

Men who “love” make promises they can’t keep because they are past the point of the intensity that initiated the vow in the first place.

Love is a road where you will meet disappointment, betrayal, boredom and regret.

Being Desired or desiring someone is a road where you are emotionally satisfied,

so satisfied that you don’t feel the sting of the betrayal,

and you recover quickly from disappointment,

you feel minimal boredom, and good experiences overshadow regrets…

So yes, you get those things you don’t want in both Love and Desire but “how” you feel them lends to entirely different experiences.

And there it is.. I had to choose one, it most definitely would be to be DESIRED.

Love Ya!

Justification of Bullshit!!

Your Life Coach, Salkis Re

Listen, anything and Everything can be justified.

It doesn’t take much to justify why you did something or why you’ve allowed it be done to you.
All that’s required is some intense emotion like anger or fear, and you can carefully craft a whole imaginary story around it.
We are “Imaginators” like Walt Disney called his cartoonists back in the day.

So the ingredients for justification is emotional conviction and repetition to become the standard in your life..

So the ingredients for justification is emotional conviction and repetition to become the standard in your life..
But you know what this means too?
It means that you can also justify the things that give you pleasure,
the things or experiences that improve you physically and mentally.
Justification for laziness,
sloth,
indecisiveness,
fear,
and anger takes the same amount of energy as the justification for wanting a man with a gigantic penis,
or a house with 6 bedrooms.Why?
Because your justification creates the importance behind anything you do or don’t do,

and you decision to reason with or against anything you want or don’t want is based in a FEELING, nothing more.

There are people who can argue the right want children sexually.
There people who can justify drinking urine.
There are people who can reason out the benefits of slavery.
There are people who justify cooking and then eating a new mother’s *placenta to celebrate the birth of a child.
There are people who justify killing people over animals.
There are people who justify the mistreatment of dark skin, black women.

African American Art by Salkis Re
Art by Salkis Re

I can go on, but I think you get the point.
So the question what makes a justification right or wrong?
The answer?
Nothing!
Nothing other than how you feel about a thing.
Take me for instance, I am ANTI PORN in relationships

because I think it disables strong intimate sexual connects between male and female.

I think porn creates false expectations and performance anxiety for both men and women.

The pressure to have a pretty “Pu$$y” with no bumps or stretched out labia’s,

or a baby arm size dick that shoot cum all the way across the room, is that realistic?
I think it makes people dissatisfied with each other and it’s a form of infidelity in my book.
So I don’t partake.

I don’t want to need to imagine having sex with someone else so that I can be wet enough to fuck you!!

And I would hope that declaration could be made on my behalf also vice-versa of course.
No Sir!
But people swear by the benefits of it, and some have claimed that it saved their sex lives.
So who’s right here?
I’m right to me and they are right to them: Justification!!

So how will you justify what you need and want?
Are gonna start this year playing passive by waiting for the North Star to shine down into your apartment while you are meditating,

or are you gonna CREATE your justification like you do for alllllllllllllllllllllllll those things you don’t want to face or do?
GAME!!
That’s all this life is really, a game to me played as you wish.
You want something different? Then you have to deliberately create it. Justification is the spice that can fuel a new point of view.
Make up your FACTS based on what you FEEL.
Let’s Do This!!
Xoxo,
Salkis Re

Not saying you need help with finding new justifications, but if you do Click HERE

You MAD FOR WHAT???

We always hear it. Control your emotions, or showing one’s (especially women) emotions is a sign of weakness.
No!
A sign of weakness is in being undisciplined..
Showing your emotions to a degree that is appropriate to the situation is a sign of intelligence, not weakness.

Road rage makes no sense, that’s emotional.

Throwing away your food cause it got cold, that’s emotional.

Black Art Eyes
                                                       African Art by Salkis Re

Wanting to kill someone because they don’t want you anymore, that’s EMOTIONAL!!

A disciplined mind will reheat the food if its cold, listen to an audio book while in traffic,

or help pack the bags of a lover who earnestly expresses to leave.

Anguish, the kind that takes lives or destroys property is hardly ever the appropriate display of emotions.

The Hermetic Maxim states

The Hermetic Maxim states that to truly rise upon any state of emotion, you should practice standing in the middle, meaning remaining neutral.

What does remaining neutral mean?
It’s sort of a gentler way of not giving fuck!
It is you remaining grounded through a storm, a sun shower, or sunshine.

You simply apply a “that’s ok” to things that go extremely well or extremely bad.
Harder to do of course, but this is the A-B-C’s and 1-2-3’s of EMOTIONAL CONTROL.
Now, how does this translate into a woman’s life?

How do we ( as we are known to be the more emotional of the sexes) learn to adopt emotional control when we are designed to express it?

Appropriation  . …..

Allocating our emotions to match the level of a given situation.

This Happened Last Week

I was at a department store shopping for a New Year’s Eve dress and couldn’t help but hear a woman gossiping on the phone about someone she knew.

From what I could make out from mumbles mixed with shouts,

she was upset about a friend making a decision to  f&*k a man she warned her friend not too.

Her cussing showed a heightened level of concern/ beratement towards her “friend”.

Black Art Eyes
African Art by Salkis RE for iLoveHerArt.com

She called her an F’ing Fool,

and Stupid Ass for not heeding her advice.

I saw spit bubbles building inside the corners of her mouth, and the dialogue was clearly dehydrating her.

And that conversation went back and forth for so long that my 11 year old started looking at her like she was crazy!!

I watched her hands flailing in the air as her eyes got wider to emphasize her point.

Could her heart rate be elevated at this point as well?

More than likely…

All worked up for what? Gossip?

All worked up for what? Gossip?
Fake concern?
Because she’s such a good friend?
Or was she revelling in her friends pain while under the guise of concern?

The point is that there was no point in getting herself upset over it. Her upsetness turned into a gossip fest and platform to trash her “friend”.

So the question YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK IS : What’s the Point?

Why get worked up over anything you have no control over or cannot change.

Our problem is that we spend too much time worrying over NOTHING.

We ACT concerned and blow things out of proportion as a diversion from our own troubles.
And quite frankly, I know and admittedly have experienced false satisfaction displaying emotional authority by ,ironically, defaming and alienating people you claim to love.

This was something I had to work on myself because I made a habit out finding the flaws in people and exploiting them..

So to conclude this post, I invite you to practice quietly posing the “What’s the Point” question in front of what you are about to say or do,

and if you can’t find a

legitimate reason to engage,

respond,

get worked up,

then simply let it go

because the appropriate emotion for it, obviously, is to have none for it…

Forward Motion!

I Put a Spell On Me!!

Big Eyes Art

Casting Love spells is a hot thing to do. I will admit it. I tried a couple spells back in the days too.

Did some pretty nasty stuff like smudging period blood on my neck, I even cooked dinner for an imaginary husband for 3 months straight.

My daughter thought I was bat shyte crazy.

And I was a little, still am actually.

I’m open to the impossible.

But…

What they say, or what I didn’t hear, was the key ingredient for ANY intention to work is focus,

That of belief and a sense of entitlement  for what you are going after.

I wasn’t ready for a man.

I didn’t think I really deserved the love that I wrote on paper.

So I ignored what I felt inside while hoping that the universe would overlook how fearful and unsure I was.

Maybe you are in the same boat…

Hurt by the ghosts of your past loves.

Wondering if it’s your lot in life never to be the object of a man’s passions.

It doesn’t have to be this way though.

And the road to healing doesn’t have to feel like 5000 stomach crunches..

Because the road to being receptive to love, to companionship, and soul mating

is one of relaxation and confidence, NOT worry.

The first step is to stop worrying about not having a man.

Yessssssss. That’s what I said.

What you worry about, is what you will get.

Why?

Because of the intensity of your emotions and the concentration on that thing you are emotive about,

which of course is: not having a man.

Get busy right now with changing your attitude.

And the only way to bring the atmosphere of love into your existence is through self care.

Self Care..

Eat Right.

Sleep Right.

Create.

DO things that Challenge you.

There are too many things you need know,

too many things you could be doing right now instead of brooding over fantom penises.

And these TOO MANY THINGS are the very glue that with bring the fairy dust transmutation and irresistibility straight to your door step.

Worry will weaken you.

Feeling lonely is a sign of a lack of imagination.

Creativity ignites passion, and its when you are truly passionate about anything that you invite people to come as spectators, lovers  and so on.

SO the Answer?

Become MORE PASSIONATE.

Find something that gets your juices flowing. Do something that takes up your time in a constructive way.

And let whatever you choose transform you into a wanted woman!!!

4 Things to Do When You Catch Him Cheating

“Some Things to Note When You Catch Him Cheating”

Would you like to sit and contemplate the *context of his actions while keeping the actual act irrelevant?
What does *looking for another woman mean?

Isn’t looking for another woman an act carried out to REPLACE the emotional and physical earnings in a companionship?
When you are faced with a man who displays no integrity or honor for you,

there is no need for a deeper look into it,

and if by circumstance you are faced with no option but to stay with him,

your total focus should be on your bottom line.

Are you clear that you are a woman?

Do you understand what that fact entitles you to?

Do you know that your TIME is as valuable as your body?

The FIRST thing you must do is try to keep calm.

The SECOND thing to do is try, with all your might, to avoid making any statements of conclusions like conclusions like *I’m leaving you, or *pack your shit.

The THIRD thing you must do is find some alone time to THINK about what you should do from this point.

Notice I did not say what you WANT to do because what you want to do ,when you are in emotional turmoil, is never gonna give you the result that smoothes the road for you.
Remember now, this knowledge of corruption is a gift because affords you the opportunity to focus solely on your needs which usually goes to shit when you get deeply involved with a man.

So WRITE it out.

Jot down the Pros and Cons of every decision you are contemplating,

and if the evaluation leads to more cons than pros, simply cross it off your list of options.
Some considerations may be ideal in TIME, and if that is the case, then you add it into your future plans instead.

Don’t Make a Move Unless its a Progressive one!

But whatever you decide, you will need to make sure that your decision moves you FORWARD,

that it doesn’t leave you with a belly full of pride but no food,
that you are not reduced to hardship to prove some point.
Because their is no point to PROVE, there is a point to SHOW: YOURSELF!!!

Men can compartmentalize their emotions, meaning, they CAN really feel emotions for you while and dig in another woman’s ass.

But aside from their uncanny knack for excluding revenant things, they still are under the law of cause and effect. There are consequences for there pathology,
for breech of trust,
for exposing a woman to physical harm via unprotected sex and so on.

And you should never give him understanding for the pain he’s caused.
Everything must be paid for.

LOVE BECOMES A TRANSACTION WHEN ITS BARGAINED AGAINST!!

Love MUST be paid for when HE start to bargain with it!
Our emotions are free until a man shows disregard for it!
And when we learn, through his actions,

that FACE VALUE is the cheapest in value of them all,

then we look for value through inconspicuous means.
NEVER HATE THE GAME!

So to recap:
1)You catch him lying, so expect him to try to alter your perception the lie.
2) Make no life changing decisions when you are emotionally distraught.

Wait a few days to discuss it when you’ve regained some composure.

3) Start planning. Write your list of pros and cons of every decision you are considering acting upon,

and don’t make a move when the negatives that outweigh the positives.
4) Remember that a person’s actions are personal to who they are, so your understanding of WHY he did it doesn’t justify deceit AT ALL.

Your next move good be an upgrade.

Your next move should bring you comfort and peace.

Your next move, should satisfy your emotional and spiritual needs.

Your next move is going to be painful, BUT it should be a mistake!!!

it is not your job to reform him.

Your vagina’s job is to give YOU pleasure by supporting your femininity.

The Critics Love You!

What people have the time to speak about is what they have concern for, and this includes you. Take criticism as inverted care, a destructive side of passion and admiration, and more often than not, self reflection.

Nonetheless, you are charged with fluidity, to keep your heart moving and your soul occupied with whatever you are called to do.

Life is truly to short to give such heavy credence to the emotional whims of others. In fact, objective criticism usually followed by a solicited quest for help, and it should be sought after by those who are further along than you are.

This is the parameters necessary to CARE what one thinks about you or what you are doing.

Remember, you ARE what YOU say you are.

You Are What You FEEL You Are!!

Heal From Past Relationships

Everybody sees things in their own way. There is no possible way to be completely objective.

Why? Because you process everything in your world based on the information files in your head.

You gauge what you are seeing by what you have seen before, always in route to the familiar road.

We all filter our environment in this way, and it’s necessary to do so in order to avoid stimulation overload.

You see what you see based on how you feel about yourself, and how you feel about yourself is based on your health, how your nervous system responds, and, of course, your past experiences.

The important thing to remember is that we ALL have a lense, a filter by which we SEE, so this means that reality will ALWAYS be somewhat distorted.

This also means that because we are all innately see in distortion, we should not take what we see for face value.

There’s a lot of unconscious whoo-ha happening at the same time too.

So how do you combat the distortion in your perception?

By becoming a little skeptical.

Check things out further and ask questions for clarity.

Never assume that you know exactly what you are seeing.

You cannot control what you see ALL of the time!

Your genetics as well as your experiences determine how you see and how you think.

Your:

Needs

Beliefs

Emotional State

Physiological State

and Habitual Behavior Patterns

ALL decide what you see and experience.

So let’s break down each one.

NEEDS:

Needs alter your reality because it makes you focus on fulfilling  not particular need. If you are thirsty, you are gonna be looking everywhere for water.

Ormaybe you have a need to impress a new boyfriend, so you go out of your way to find something special to wear when you have perfect clothes n your closet already.

Having a need makes you dissatisfied with your surroundings, with people, even yourself.

BELIEFS

Beliefs are predetermined or preconceived notions, Values, Prejudices, about ongoing interactions. Of instance, a neat freak who Values being extra clean will think that everything around her isn’t clean enough and often this leads to exaggeration of the level untidiness in the environment she is in.

EMOTIONAL STATE

When you are aroused with emotions like anger, you are gonna see the world as dangerous and unpleasant.

When you are in love, you see the world through Rose colored glasses.

And when you are depressed(you are feeling Blue).

You are, whatever you are feeling at the time, and you SEE based on what you are feeling in that moment.

PHYSIOLOGICAL STATE

What you see through your filter is predicated upon your physical being. If you have a fever, headache, tired, under medication, even hungry can cause you to act frustrated, detached, or argumentative.

And a lot of times, we don’t even notice the shift in our emotional constitution that the physical body invites us into.

HABITUAL BEHAVIOR PATTERNS

These are coping strategies applied to justfiable or unjustifiable situations. You simply act in a certain way to avoid pain or harm whether or not you are in situations that call for it. Most people simply reach into their bag of tricks to pull out a familiar response to their world, never taking the time to base a response on accurate assessments instead.

So here an exercise for you:

Spend the next few days imagining that your eyes are a camera and your ears are a microphone. Bring awareness to your ears and create a voice over in your head narrating what you see and hear.

Imagine responses you would NOT normally give and take note of how your awareness of your reality shifts.

In other words: Flip the script!

You will start to SEE with broader focus and more accurately too because you will be outside of your usual distorted response patterns.

Let me end here by saying this:

People do dastardly things for a myriad of reasons;
low blood sugar,

disease,

fear,

anxiety,

loneliness and so forth,

can and WILL distort the lenses of one’s reality AND decision making.

Take your hands off THEIR wheel!

The part were you come in is with how you respond to it, and what you do with the ‘awareness ‘ they’ve now given to you.

“We’ve Learned”
Written by Salkis Re

Little girls learn what the bigger girls have to do,
preoccupied their minds with looking pretty like them too.

Then mommy steps in
cause she wants to slow us down,
saying we have to wait till we’re a bit bigger to wear her crown.

But we see early
the inner workings of the game,
and we see the point, and we don’t see a point to wait.

Mommy says we look pretty,
and this makes us feel so good,
and Daddy give her more love when she puts on these clothes.

So we’re here
ransacking the dresser drawer looking for her swag,
cause we know we got to look more good
to get more than what we have.

Today’s message is to learn quickly. To learn without the right or wrong contemplations with necessities. If you need to do it, do it!

Game isn’t going anywhere and if you want someone in your life, you WILL have to conform in order to get what you want.

You have to be pretty to create the environment of cooperation in men.

And if the cards of life have dealt you with mediocrity in the face, you MUST act like you are prettier than you actually are.

It’s as simple as that.
